Packed with features that bring power, precision, cut capacity, and safety to every job site, the new compact table saw is of course based on SawStop's legendary patented safety system. It stops the spinning blade within an instant, should it come into any contact with human skin. The blade stops in under 5 milliseconds and drops below the table to reduce a potentially life-altering injury to a mere scuff.
Featuring an always-square and easy-to-adjust SawStop rack & pinion fence with built-in high and low shelf, the 254 mm compact table saw supports all kinds of wood cuts. A quick-tilt bevel delivers all blade adjustments from the centrally located knob. It allows for quick and easily micro-adjust blade tilting to whatever precise angle is required using just one hand.
SawStop also supplies an easy and convenient optional fold-flat stand for the 254 mm compact table saw. Easy to stow and transport, it features ergonomic easy-locking brackets, wide footing and non-skid rubber feet for stability.
