The Tork Craft NR700508 is a comprehensive 14-piece thread repair kit engineered specifically for restoring damaged or stripped M5 × 0.8 mm internal threads with a 7.6 mm flange insert. Installation Process:

1. Drill
Drill to clear the dameged thread with a specified twist drill.
2. Counterbore
Use the specified counterbore cutter to cut the drilled hole to the desired depth. The counterbore will fit the flage of the insert.
3. Tap
Use the specified tap to cut the holding thread into the cleaned hole. When tapping it is reommended to use a suitable lubricant.
4. Insert
Fasten the insert unto the installation tool. Fasten with the installation tool the flange insert into the taped hole.
5. Loosen
Loosen the installation tool.
