Mandatory use of water (wet drilling) or coolant to prevent overheating of the diamond segments. No hammer or impact mode — rotary only.
When starting a hole, begin at 45° angle on edge and then ease to vertical for best penetration and minimal damage.
Check your drill’s rotations per minute (RPM) for 40 mm diameter bits to ensure safe, optimal cutting.
