Tork Craft Mechanical Torque Wrench 1/2" Drive 10-110Nm TCTQ12110-01

At a Glance: 1/2" drive mechanical torque wrench with a 10-110Nm torque range, ±3% accuracy, 72-tooth ratchet mechanism and 1Nm adjustment increments.

The Tork Craft TCTQ12110-01 Mechanical Torque Wrench is designed for controlled tightening and loosening of screws, bolts and nuts where a specific torque setting is required. With its 1/2" square drive and useful 10-110Nm torque range, it is well suited to automotive, mechanical, workshop and general maintenance applications where accurate and repeatable fastener tightening is important.

The wrench combines a clearly marked macro torque scale with a micro torque scale for setting the required value in 1Nm increments. A locking collar helps secure the selected adjustment, while the 72-tooth ratchet head and direction paddle provide practical operation when working with compatible 1/2" drive sockets and accessories. The steel body is complemented by a knurled aluminium handle that provides a secure gripping surface and a solid, professional feel in the hand.

Controlled mechanical torque adjustment

The TCTQ12110-01 provides a straightforward mechanical solution for setting fasteners to a specified torque value. Its combination of macro and micro scales allows the required setting to be selected accurately, while the adjustment locking collar helps prevent the setting from being changed unintentionally during use.

Extra Information

The torque wrench has a working range of 10-110Nm.
Specified accuracy is ±3%.
The adjustment increment is 1Nm.
Torque values are indicated in Nm and lb.ft.
The ratchet mechanism uses a 72-tooth gear.
The handle is manufactured from aluminium and features a knurled gripping surface.
The main wrench body is manufactured from steel.
For continued accuracy, the torque wrench should be checked and recalibrated periodically.
Calibration should be checked at least once a year, after abnormal handling or overloading, or after approximately 5000 cycles.
Do not store the torque wrench where it will be exposed to excessive heat, humidity or direct sunlight.

Pro Tips

Always confirm the required torque specification for the fastener or component before setting the wrench.
Use the macro scale to establish the main torque value and the micro scale for the finer adjustment.
Once the required torque has been selected, secure the setting using the adjustment locking collar.
Always apply force through the designated handle grip and keep your hand positioned on the knurled aluminium section.
Never use a pipe or extension bar over the handle to gain additional leverage.
Keep a record of calibration checks when the wrench is used regularly in a professional workshop.

Features

Mechanical torque adjustment: Allows the required torque value to be selected without batteries or electronic controls.
Macro torque scale: Provides the main torque reference when adjusting the wrench.
Micro torque scale: Allows finer adjustment of the selected torque value.
1Nm increment: Provides precise adjustment throughout the 10-110Nm range.
72-tooth ratchet gear: Provides smooth mechanical ratcheting action.
Direction paddle: Conveniently changes the operating direction of the ratchet.
Adjustment locking collar: Secures the torque setting after adjustment.
Knurled grip: Textured aluminium handle improves grip and control.
Steel body: Provides a strong main wrench structure.

Benefits

Controlled fastener tightening: Helps apply a predetermined amount of torque to screws, bolts and nuts.
Easy torque selection: The macro and micro scales make it straightforward to set the required value.
Wide working range: The 10-110Nm capacity covers many common mechanical and workshop fastening requirements.
No batteries required: Mechanical operation makes the wrench ready for use without electronic power.
Secure adjustment: The locking collar helps maintain the selected torque setting while working.
Comfortable handling: The knurled aluminium handle provides a positive gripping surface.
Convenient storage: The supplied blow moulded case protects the wrench between jobs.

Application

Tightening screws to a specified torque
Tightening bolts to a specified torque
Tightening nuts to a specified torque
Loosening suitable screws, bolts and nuts
Automotive maintenance
Mechanical assembly

General repair and installation work

Safety

Always use the correct torque wrench and suitable socket for the application.
Do not apply torque beyond the maximum 110Nm capacity of the wrench.
Apply force only through the designated handle grip.
Do not use extension bars or pipes on the handle to obtain additional leverage.
Do not disassemble the torque wrench. Highly stressed internal components may cause serious injury if released unintentionally.
Have the calibration checked periodically to maintain reliable torque performance.
Calibration should be checked at least once a year, after abnormal handling or overloading, or after approximately 5000 operating cycles.
Do not leave or store the wrench in areas exposed to excessive heat, humidity or direct sunlight.
Inspect the wrench and the selected socket before use and do not use damaged components.
