Terms and Conditions of Participation
- The competition organiser is Vermont Sales (Pty) Ltd
- All persons must be 18 years or older and have a valid passport.
- The Festool power tool needs to be registered on the toolfan.co.za/festool website.
- Vermont Sales (Pty) Ltd has the right to disqualify participants and exclude such from future participation in competitions if they have supplied false or incomplete details, have manipulated or have tried to manipulate the participation process, the competition and/or the items offered in the competition and/or are guilty of a breach of the rules of participation and/or have unfairly and/or dishonestly tried to influence the competition.
- Vermont Sales (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition in full or in part. This applies, in particular, if the competition cannot take place according to plan for whatever reason, for instance in the case of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons which affect the management, security, integrity and/or regular and proper running of the competition.
- Prizes are drawn among all eligible participants. The winners are notified by email or post.
- All decisions are final and the right to recourse, for example, a cash payment instead of the prize, is excluded. If the prize is not accepted within two weeks after receiving notification of winning it, it will lapse automatically. In such cases, Vermont Sales (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to allocate the prize to another person.
- DATA PROTECTION: The personal data you provide will be stored, and processed by Vermont Sales (Pty) Ltd. Your data will not be shared with any third parties.
