How to Use

Fit the correct 125 mm StickFix abrasive for the material and sanding stage.
Attach the chip collection bag or connect a suitable dust extractor to the 27 mm extraction connection.
Set the required sanding angle between 43 - 92°.
Select Hard mode for pre-sanding or Soft mode for more sensitive intermediate sanding.
Place the sander fully onto the edge so the guide surface is stable before switching on.
Start the machine and allow it to reach the selected speed.
Move the sander steadily along the edge without forcing it.
Keep the guide surface properly supported to prevent tipping or uneven sanding.
Switch off the machine and allow the pad to stop before lifting it away from the workpiece.
Clean the sanding pad, dust ports and guide surfaces after use.
