With a 35 mm cutting depth and robust 19.05 mm (3/4″) Weldon shank, it creates clean, burr-reduced holes with less feed force — ideal for repetitive industrial drilling.

Extra Information

Use in a magnetic-base drill or drill press with compatible Weldon shank arbor.
A pilot pin (sold separately) is required for centring and ejection of the slug.
When drilling stainless steel or harder-grade materials, apply suitable cutting fluid and maintain steady feed to protect carbide tips and maintain chip-clearance.

Pro Tip

Ensure the magnet sits flat and clean on the workpiece. Start at low speed, then increase feed once consistent curly chips form. On deeper cuts, pause to clear chips and re-lubricate to avoid heat build-up and preserve finish and tool life.
