This 24 mm TCT annular cutter is designed for fast, accurate holes through structural steel, plate and cast-iron. The tungsten-carbide-tipped teeth and thin-wall construction deliver high performance while the 19.05 mm (3/4") Weldon shank ensures firm drive engagement in magnetic drills and compatible arbors.

Extra Information

Use with magnetic-base drill or compatible drill-press arbor with Weldon shank mounting.
A pilot pin (sold separately) is required for centring the cutter and ejecting the slug.
For stainless steel or harder material, apply adequate cutting fluid and maintain steady feed to protect carbide tips and prevent chip clogging.

Mount the cutter on a clean, flat surface; ensure magnet is firmly engaged; begin at low RPM and increase feed only when chips form in consistent streams. Clear chips and re-lubricate during deep cuts to preserve finish and cutter life.
