Extra Information

Suitable for use with a magnetic-base drill or compatible drill press arbor fitted to a 19.05 mm (3/4″) Weldon shank.
A pilot pin (sold separately) is required for centring the cutter and slug ejection — ensure correct size for your arbor and material thickness.
When cutting stainless steel or harder materials, apply suitable cutting fluid and maintain steady feed to protect cutter life and prevent chip clogging.

Pro Tip

Ensure the magnet base is clean and flat before clamping. Begin at low speed so the cutter locates accurately, then increase feed when consistent curled chips form. For deeper large-diameter cuts, pause periodically to clear chips and re-lubricate to maintain finish and prolong cutter life.
