For deep cuts, step down in stages (3–5 mm per pass) to control heat and load.
Match RPM and feed rate to material; avoid dwelling to prevent burning.
Ensure the bit is fully seated in the collet (at least 80% shank engagement) and tightened securely.
Clear chips between passes — especially important with long cutting edges.
