Tork Craft Sanding Belt — 25 × 762 mm, 80 Grit (Bulk)

Compact belt size, big cutting power. The Tork Craft 25 × 762 mm P80 belt is a go-to for shaping, leveling and general stock removal on benchtop and handheld 25 mm belt sanders. Supplied in bulk, it’s ideal for busy shops that burn through belts and want consistent, reliable performance without constant re-ordering.

The tough cloth backing tracks true and resists stretch, while the sharp abrasive grain delivers a predictable scratch pattern that steps down cleanly to finer grits.

Extra Information

Compatibility: fits tools that specify 25 mm × 762 mm belts.
Technique tip: let the belt do the work — excessive pressure causes heat and glazing.
Grit sequence: shape with P60/P80 → refine with P120/P180 and beyond.
Storage: keep belts flat and dry; avoid bending across the splice.

Features

25 × 762 mm belt size for compact belt sanders and edge work.
P80 (medium) grit — balances removal rate with surface quality.
Durable cloth-backed belt with robust butt-spliced joint.
Bulk supply option — keep production running with fewer stockouts.
Consistent cut and scratch pattern for easy grit progression.

Benefits

Faster shaping: removes material quickly without excessive loading.
Lower downtime: stable tracking and strong splice reduce belt failures.
Smoother workflows: predictable finish makes step-downs efficient.

Use light, even pressure to avoid overheating and premature wear.
Disconnect power before changing belts or making adjustments.
