Safety

• Wear eye, ear and dust protection when cutting, drilling, sanding or chiselling workpieces clamped in the vice.
• Ensure the vice is securely bolted to a solid workbench before applying clamping force or working on the material.
• Do not use excessive leverage on the handle – select the correct size vice for the job and avoid over-tightening.
• Keep hands, clothing and loose items clear of the jaws and moving screw while tightening or releasing the vice.
• Periodically inspect the mounting bolts, jaws and handle for wear or looseness and repair or replace components as needed.
