Staple Gun Tips

Loading the staples:

Pull back the magazine release lever.
Insert a string of staples into the channel with the staple legs facing downward.
Push back the magazine such that it secures the staples in place.

How to remove a jammed staple:

Open the magazine and remove the staples.
Check for obstructions.
Use a plier or screwdriver to remove the jammed staple or nail.
Reload the staple gun.

Safety

Wear eye protection when stapling or nailing—fasteners can ricochet or fragments may eject.
Keep fingers well clear of the firing nose and hold the tool square to the workpiece before pulling the trigger.
Do not staple into areas where hidden wiring or pipes may be present.
If a fastener jams, release pressure, open the magazine carefully and clear the jam before continuing.
