How to Use

  • Select the correct saw blade for the material being cut.

  • Place the FS 1400/2 guide rail accurately on the marked cutting line.
  • Clamp the guide rail where necessary, especially on smooth, narrow or valuable workpieces.
  • Connect a suitable dust extractor to the 27/36 mm extraction connection.
  • Set the speed according to the material and blade being used.
  • Place the saw on the guide rail and start the machine before entering the material.
  • Guide the saw steadily through the cut without forcing it.
  • Allow the saw blade to stop completely before lifting the machine away or changing the blade.
