The Festool TID 18-Basic is a compact cordless impact driver built for powerful screwdriving with excellent control and reduced strain on the wrist. With its robust hammer mechanism, brushless EC-TEC motor and tangential impact action, it drives screws hard without the tiring reverse torque normally felt through the hand and arm.

Powerful impact driving without the wrist punishment

The TID 18-Basic uses a tangential hammer mechanism that turns the screw without transferring harsh reverse torque back into your wrist. Combined with 180 Nm of torque and the brushless EC-TEC motor, it is ideal for demanding screwdriving work where comfort and control matter.
